HPA’s team includes Professional Engineers (PEs), draftsman, technicians, and assemblers.

In our front-office, our Engineers consult with customers, sales representatives, and partners to ensure that our CUSTOM solutions meet our customers stringent requirements.  Once a project has been deemed viable, our engineers utilize state-of-the-art CAD systems to build 3-D models of the complete solution.  Utilizing that information, they will create a complete Installation, Operations and Maintenance Manual (IOM) from which the end-user will conduct their operations.

HPA’s experienced technicians can conduct onsite troubleshooting and root cause analysis to quickly diagnose issues which are limiting your operational performance.  We offer field service including recovery of failed units which are brought back to the HPA office for repair, and returned to service.
